She has to be the rudest and most pretentious person i have ever met. I would pay any amount of money before i ever took any other pet to this vet. Ugh where are the good and honest people in this world hiding?

She is the most unprofessional, arrogant person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She is very smart and capable; I'm not arguing that. She will take care of your pets as long as it suits her. She calls clients idiots behind their backs, sometimes even to their face. I mean what kind of person posts their own review (5 stars from canine01-wonder who that could be). Just as an example: an obviously poor family from the apartments behind the clinic came in 20 minutes before she was ready to close up shop. Their Chihuahua obviously had broken is spine. She whispered to an employee that the owners were probably going to stiff her and she didn't have time to deal with it. she sent them to a much more expensive clinic further away. Despite her attempts to discredit Mr . cash, he is telling you the truth. Especially the part about her having several complaints and visits to the review board. Canine01 is Dr. Johnson trying to keep you from knowing the truth.

I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson, and if you have the opportunity, talk to her prior to getting a pet as she gives some excellent advice. With our dog Zumba she was very helpful and even was available on a Sunday morning. Very reasonably priced and great personalized service.

I was extremely surprised at their lack of customer service. I called on a Sunday to verify if they were open and after a few rings the phone was answered. I inquired if they were open (obviously no one would answer if they were closed right?) and the lady treated me as though I was ignorant for asking. Her response to my question of "are you open today" was "well, vets have to take at least one day off don't you think?" I paused in surprise at her tone and asked what time they would be open on Monday. She proceeded with "well I was going to say, before you interrupted me, that our hrs are ..." mind you there was a pause of about four seconds before I even asked the hrs. If they can't be civil in a simple phone call consisting of 2 questions then I definitely will not be taking my business there.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about her! She has always been understanding of rescheduling appointments, her prices are the cheapest I have found for services. I have never been charged more than the services I have received. She has always been thoughtful in making sure my dogs have plenty of food, I am completely satisfied with the grooming, as well as being satisfied with her entire staff. She makes herself available to all her clients even after hours with giving her personal cell number to answer any questions you might have about your pet. I have also known her to go in on her days being closed to help with emergencies of her patients. She uses nothing but the best products for your pets, and recommends the best treatment that your pet could possibly have. if anything was EVER wrong with my dog (fleas, ear infections, etc), she gave complete and understandable instructions on how to care for the dog, and at every follow up the problem was gone. I would recommend any and everyone to her when caring for their pets.

I have used Dr. Johnson since she took over the practice from Dr. Baez. She has been nothing but kind and caring for my animals. She has seen my losing several animals to old age. My little Velvet dog I got through her. I had a dog going through severe medical problems and we both knew it was not going to be long before I was going to lose him. Velvet had been taken in by a rescue group and no one had claimed her. Dr. Johnson knew she would be good for me. She was well trained and not a young dog. She groomed her and gave her shots and cleaned her teeth free of charge. That was a few years ago and I have continued to take her for grooming, etc. She is was on a medication that was expensive and I had found it on line and and Dr. Johnson ordered it for me and I was only charged what it would have cost me on the web site. She is a caring and well trained vet. I recommend her to everyone..

Don't be overcharged or waste your time. We have seen this vet 4 times and she has charged us double what she had quoted everytime. My wife liked her so we continued to give her another chance. When I contacted her about it, and stated to her we could not afford to be charged double what she had quoted. She was very,very rude, made racial comments to me, and told me I should get a better education so I could afford it. I told her I was going to complain and she stated to go ahead and she had never had any complaints. I contacted the Oklahoma vet board and not only has she had complains, she has been in front of the board 3 times and been fine $1,000. Please fell free to contact them yourself at 405-524-9006
