Patricia's Cleaning Service

Before considering the contracting of this company for service, please consider the following information.



I was recently in their office waiting to set up service with them when I had overheard a conversation between 2 of their employees that they had just laid off 2 of their workers. There was some concern since a friend of mine had referred me to this company and said that they were very busy and booked up most of the time. I decided to leave the office and contact my friend and see if he had any further information since I did not want to contract a company that was going to be closing its doors in the near future due to the economy.



When I returned to my office, I had called my friend and was informed that recently they had hired 2 younger girls and he had just been informed that one of the 2 women that was laid off was one that had service his site. He knew this woman and informed me that she was a single mother of 2 and he did not know how she was going to make it now with the economy in the state that it is. He was also familiar with the other woman who was also a single mother.



I understand with the economy the way it is that a company would find ways off cutting their overhead. But to lay off 2 working single mothers that have been there for some time and keep 2 newer employees right before the holidays? I find this very disturbing and have to ask myself if this is the type of company that I want to hire to maintain my properties in the Wilmington area. I think not. Thankfully I found this out prior to making the commitment.



My advice, Be sure to do some background prior to contracting a company that will become an associate in your business. Remember, they are also an extension of your beliefs and morals that others will see.

We have had Patricias Cleaning Service for nearly a year and they have gone downhill big time. The girls don't dust properly, skip areas where you think you won't notice and are in and out of here in a matter of time you think, how can they clean that quickly. We are greatly disappointed and will be moving to another cleaning company.
