Parma Windows

I recently purchased windows from this company owned by a gentleman named Rob. The windows were installed within the time specified. Upon completion of installation we verbally agreed Parma Windows would return within 30 days to cap the newly installed windows. The 30 days went by and we called. We were given another date which has also come and gone. I called again and this time the owner got upset saying we never had a written contract for the capping, which was true. We went on his word he would come back and complete the job. He gave family issues, the weather, and he's busy, as excuses and finally told me if I can't wait until he has time, to go and hire someone else, which we will be doing. I would not reccomend Parma Windows unless a contract is signed for ALL work. Don't go by a verbal agreement.
