I made reservations with this company for a night out on the town in Orlando. The reason I went with this company was because they were the only limo service who had exactly what I was looking for. After the reservations had been made an "employee" called me back and told me what I wanted was no longer available, but he would put me in a "bigger and nicer" limo for the same price. Plans were made involving me and about 10 friends. On the night the limo came to pick us up the limo driver handed us a contract that we had never been told about and demanded a tip upfront. On the phone we were told a 20% Gratuity was included in the price and we could tip the driver more if we felt he deserved it at the end of the night. We told the driver what we had been told over the phone and he replied "Well have fun tonight" and stormed off. He got in the limo and peeled wheels away from the house. When we called the company to straighten out the situation they refused to even contact the driver to send him back, which needless to say stranded my party and ruined my plans. Eventually we got back through to the company and told us to call back in the morning so their "accounting department" could credit the money back to the credit card that had been used. We called back in the morning, and here we are 3 days later without a refund. Through this experience I would advise strongly against this company, choose a company with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) logo. At least you'll know your getting a company who knows what the customer(s) needs and who has some idea of what PROFESSIONALISM is. If there was a rating lower than one star, they would get it.
