We were very happ with Rob. We just purchased a brand new F150, and somehow got a small dime size dent just above the rear wheel. We priced dent devil, but could not find the time to bring it in and drop it off for the day. I found Rob online and his price was much more reasonable, and he even came to my husband's work and fixed it in the parking lot. We are very impressed and will recommend him to Everyone!!!!

I had 3 dents and was quoted a fair price in the convenience of my own garage. When we discovered another small dent with his work light, Rob was kind enough to remove that one at no extra charge. He does fine work and comes to you to do it!

I had several nasty dents in the roof of my Mazda 3 from a large object that fell on it. I was looking at living with it or turning in a claim on my insurance. Rob was able to remove the dents for mush less than the deductable would have been on my insurance. I am very impressed that there is no sign of the damage and this only took a day to complete. I managed to acquire a rather huge dent (with paint scuffs) on my rear quarter panel after doing a "surprise inspection" of the structural integrity of a cement guard post. I took my car to several businesses to get quotes for PDR, and was told that it would be expensive and that the dent would always be partially visible because of its location on the car.



I took it in to Custom, and not only was the work completed early, there is virtually no evidence that there was ever any damage to the car. The only sign that any damage or work had been done on the car was the one clean spot on the exterior where the dent had been.





Custom did great work, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Rob did a fantastic job removing the dent in the roof of my 1957 Chevy. I'm preparing for a car show and noticed a dent in the roof of my car. Rob was able to remove the dent as if it never existed. Alternatives to Rob's paintless dent removal would have been extensive body work and repainting at a much higher cost.

What Rob was able to do in about an hour, the national paintless dent removal guys said would take an entire day. I was in and out and my car looks great. I also saved a significant amount of money in the process. Rob does great work and I would recommend Custom Auto Repair to anyone who wants to improve the appearance of their car.

I went into Custom Auto Repair expecting to need to spend a ton of money to get a pretty major dent removed. However, I was pleseantly surprised to learn of their Paintless Dent removal. The damage my car sustained was pretty severe as dents go and the dent in my door panel was irregular to boot. It would have cost me a lot of money to make the door look like new and I wanted to spend as little money as possible to get my door looking normal. I took it in and under a minute they had an estimate on the cost and set me up with an appointment. On the day of the fix my car was ready ahead of schedule and looked more amazing than I had ever expected.



Bottom line. They are great at dent removal (even if there seems to be no hope), their prices are fair, and their service is of high value.

I went to my mazda dealer for a dent repair estimate, and I almost cry when I saw the price. The dealer said that the materials are not expensive, so basically they will charge me almost a thousand dollars for labor. I just said this is ridiculous cause the dent was really small (almost a quarter in size).



So, I continued looking on the internet for other dent repair shops. I e-mailed Rob some photos and he answered back with the estimate which was to good to be true. I said "well let's try him.....at least he has some good ratings in this review". I'm glad I did cause he removed the dent, he did a good clean job, and the price was as he promised. But the best of all is that it only took him about 15 min to do the job (obviously the timing will depend on the severity of the damage).



Therefore, I recommend you to give him a chance.

My lease was ending on my Porsche Cayenne and I had a significant dent on the bumper. I am sure Porsche would have required the bumper to be replaced for thousands of dollars. I emailed a picture to Rob and he sent a quote. When I brought the car in he pointed out other scratches and dents that should be removed as well. I received a pretty nasty door ding at work last week. Wasn't looking forward to the hassle of having it repaired. I stopped by the shop just as Rob was leaving for the day. Rob repaired my rearview mirror, windshield, and bumper on my 2007 BMW. He did a wonderful job. In regards to the windshield, this is the best that it has ever been repaired. I can't see any marks of where it was originally cracked. I can see the marks from were other repair shops fixed the cracks. Rob is also very nice and goes the extra mile to make sure that the client is not inconvenienced or stuck without a ride to and from his shop. He is also very fast. It took him maybe an hour and a half to perform all of the work.
