Please do not be fooled by the many commercials on TV. I had made the mistake of assuming these people were good at what they did and trust worthy.



Please save your money and do not come to this law firm. They made me all kinds of promises before I signed up and none of them came through. I literally LOST $5500. They promised me a reduction in fines, no probation along with other promises which never came true. I payed the full fine of the court, lost my license and got 5 years probation. And Pacific Law Center literally didn't do anything! I even called back trying to get a small reimbursement since they didn't do anything to help my case and I was denied. Please save your money and go else where from this lousy and grossly over priced services.

I would like to share my story how Pacific Law Center helped me. I had the opposite experience as Sandiego1. Evey time I left a message my attorey called me back. I was real stressed out because I have never been through the criminal courts before. The paralegals that worked on my case were patient with me and encouraged me on a personal level. I only had to go to one court date and that was to get my case dismissed. I was even allowed to make payments for my services, and without Pacific Law Center, I would have ended up with a Public Defender. I tell all my friends that they are the best law firm. I would have done a TV commercial for them, but I was not proud of what I was accused of so I decided to write a review instead. I would absolutly recommend their services!! Although I hope I never need them again, if I ever got in trouble, I would call them first!!

I am sharing my nightmare experience as a paying client of PLC to hopefully provide a well rounded perspective for other people. Legitimate concerns: extremely poor customer service; you���re stuck dealing with numerous inexperienced paralegals because the attorneys will give you very little face time; serious internal paperwork errors that could have been avoided; hard to get returned phone calls; and most appallingly many firm associates/attorneys act like they are doing you a favor & have serious attitude problems. I say this because as a business that services the public, Pacific Law Center has no idea on how to provide good customer service to paying clients. I humbly and respectfully suggest that their entire firm should go through some basic customer service training. In all fairness to PLC my case was eventually resolved after much uneeded heartache. However, I would NOT recommend their services.

My friend was looking at serious prison for something I know he did not do and his public defender wanted him to agree to go to prison for 5 years! I helped him hire Pacific Law, because he was in jail. Our attorneys, Arthur Katz and Tom Slattery took the case to trial and won! It was Worth every dollar!!! Great Law Firm!
