Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Oxi Fresh. The technician was over a hour late and never really apologized. So, that didn't impress me from the beginning. The carpets were pretty hammered that I had them clean. They look quite a bit better, but were still wet until the next morning, which left me frustrated also. All in all I would try someone else next time.........................

I completely disagree with the above comment. They did a very good and professional job. My carpet looked like new when they finished. It was everything they said it would be. The carpet was dry with in an hour and I was able to move my stuff back right away. It was nice to have clean carpet without having my house disrupted for hours or days. I totally recommend Oxi fresh without hesitation.

BEWARE!!! What a waste of money! I had my carpets cleaned and they looked terrible. They were hard and crusty. They even came back a second time but only stayed for 10 minutes. I've contacted the company but the owner for the Great Falls franchise refuses to call me. I now have a complaint in with the executives of the company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
