Outback Storage Laguna-Elk Grove

-0 Stars and 5 fat unhappy faces! DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER!!!!!! do business with this place. The operations manager is absolutely awful. This place does not mail invoices, nor do they e-mail invoices. We pay our monthly bill online and we have never received a call regarding failure to pay timely. After having our belongings in storage for 7 months, we go and visit our storage to retrieve some things. To our surprise we were denied access....hmm why? After trying to reach the manager by phone and stopping by the office at various hours of the day (taking off work to do so - this facilty is not open on the weekends) we finally received a call back from Meggan. She said oh, we received your payment 5 days late so we have denied your access to the unit. On top of that, when we asked her to email the our payment history while we finally had her on the phone - there was a notation on there that our storage was about to be auctioned!! WTF!! what happened to the call and the certified mail notifying us of these actions?!! Okay - so then we pay the late fee over the phone. Go back to the storage the following weekend - ACESS DENIED. We have left several messages. The manager lives above the office, refuses to answer the phone, doorbell, or us calling her name while the window is open. I called today June 14 at 1:36....no answer!!! This place sucks and I only pray that when we finally get access - our belongings will be there!!
