One Call Plumbing

Terrible customer service. Called @ 1PM regarding broken shower valve (turned out to be the cartridge) that was running constantly and required turning off water to entire house. No call back. Called again around 5 PM. Got a call back 45 min later with the person saying that they don't work with fixtures. Ok, I said what about installing stop-valves in water lines? She responded yes, they do that, but no one is available. Don't you offer 24-hour "emergency service"? Yes, she said, but that's not an emergency (being without running water for 19 hrs+ isn't an emergency?). What is an emergency? Backed up sewer line coming into the house, a few other examples. Then she changed her story and said that no one was available because the roads weren't cleared off (this was the Sunday after the blizzard of Fri-Sat 1/22-1/23). Pathetic. I called another company and the guy was out within an hour to at least put some stops on the lines so I had water again.

This is a really good prompt and reasonable service for your emergency plumbing needs. They are very qualified for their service. Fast response and go the extra mile for you.
