Oncor Electric Delivery

Oncor is worthless since they have a monopoly of electric service. We built a new home, they put pole on neighbors property by mistake, then moved it to our side. We had city green tag electrical approval, Oncor acknowledged they had received from city; they scheduled permanent service install from our temp pole 3 weeks ago; showed up and left; no reason why; I called them and we are on CONSTRUCTION HOLD pending city approval? We have our Certificate of Occupancy, our final electrical GREEN TAG, Oncor has copy of it; everything is completed; still no final meter or service.



I googled their address in Dallas and they hide it well. Not a work re address on their Oncor website. So I went to the SEC 10K filing and got: ONCOR Corporate Head Quarter; 1616Woodall Rogers, Dallas 75205



I guess tomorrow I'll make a personal visit to CEO's office.



No idea why we paid deposit, are green tagged, our electricians spoke with them etc and they won't connect our final service.

Wow I can't believe how little they care about their customers. They will tear up your trees then just leave all the limbs as a mess.
