Just moved into a new apartment and bought a new truck month later - just to find it wasn't there in the morning because I didn't have a chance to get a new parking sticker on it. Just what I need, to track down my truck at 6:30 am while all my Marines are out on a run without me.
Oh yea - and though they can tow my car through the middle of the night, they sleep in and aren't open when I need to get it back at 6:30am.

After they towed my vehicle once I went to get it they had stolen items out of my car. They the tried to say I probably forgot I took them out. I have no reason to take a GPS mount or radar detector out of a vehicle I drive every day.

These people are very unprofessional and not trust worthy first off they towed my car in front of my house without a key and then when I went to pick up the car it was a bunch of back and font finally on the fifth day they decided to towed it back to my house and they asked me for a key and I didn't want to give it to them because I asked how did they towed the car in the first place without a key? No answer...I really think they wanted to see what was in the trunk maybe trying to steal something. So finally they decided to give me the key back with anger. I went there a Saturday 9am they said the would towed the car as soon as positive. Around 1pm I called they said they still working on it. Today is Sunday Not only they didn't towed the car back they didn't even call to say they wasn't coming. Now I have to wait for to deal with this. And every time I would call they would give me a different prices they are money hungry and very very unprofessional.
