Nova Rugs Carpet Cleaning

Tom did a great job. I'm sure it was an oversight but he missed my walk-in closet but came back the next day after I called. It looks and smells fresh and clean. I really like the Rotovac machine which seems to do a deeper cleaning than the traditional wand. I had used Stanley Steamer before and wasn't happy with their service. I just used Astrobrite carpet cleaning service this week because my sister uses them all the time. We had our rugs installed three years ago but with 3 kids, 2 dogs and my messy husband they were in dire need of either replacing or miracle cleaning. The carpet man did a walk through all the areas and inspected the rug and stains and gave me the price up front with what he was going to do. This was different as most companies I had hired before just came in and started cleaning and then would come up and add on which I really hated. But Astrobrite was professional and came up with what I thought was a very fair price.

However, after Tom from Astrobrite got done with the cleaning I can honestly say that a miracle took place. My carpets look and smell amazing! He used the rotovac machine which cleans deeper and dried faster than anything I have seen before. I think everyone looking for good customer service and clean carpets should take my advice and use them atleast once. I know once you use them you will see what I'm telling you about.
