It was after midnight when my son got stuck off the side of the road three hours from home. I called Barnes Auto & Towing and they had a wrecker to him within twenty minutes! I would highly recommend this company!

I am not in the habit of writing reviews but, feel this experience deserves one!

I struck a deer on Route 64 just East of Siler City as I was traveling back home from Raleigh to the Charlotte, NC It was 12:45am and I was able to get the car to the side of the road but, it suffered significant damage. I called the State Police and AAA for assistance. The State Trooper showed up first and recommended that I call Barnes Towing as he stated they were great to work with from his years of experience. The good news is that AAA also selected them from their provider list and I have to tell you, it was a good feeling that I would have a respectable towing service helping me. I was not disappointed when within 5 minutes of the call to AAA, I received a call from a Barnes dispatcher advising me the driver would be there in 15 minutes. Then the driver, Curtus Alston, called 5 minutes later to make sure he had the correct accident location information and to make sure I was OK. He arrived less than 10 minutes later and got me onto his flatbed. He noticed that I had AAA service that allowed me a tow of up to 100 miles and offered to take me home (I was about 90 miles) He made the arrangements with the office and off we went. The conversation and company was pleasant, a nice diversion from the accident, and it certainly made the follow up with the insurance company much easier having the car near where I live. In fact, Curtis dropped the car off at a local body shop and then drove me to my house to make sure I did not have to wake up my wife to come and pick me up.

I am in the customer service business and was very impressed from beginning to end with Barnes professionalism and team they have working for them!!
