Will not use again. They do not communicate. I had to call numerous times to follow up on a QUOTE for replacement that they have YET to provide. It has been nearly 3 weeks. They do not show up on time, or communicate any delays and I am ONLY trying to get a quote from them... I couldnt imagine if I was trying to have a replacement done with them.
Dont waste your time.
My experience with Nick & Co. has been exceptional. They have been our "go to" service organization for all things heating and cooling since we moved down here 6 1/2 years ago. I would recommend them without any hesitation. I'm sorry to see the previous reviewer had a bad experience. I can't imagine we are talking about the same provider.
It took about 10 days to get an appointment. Unable to get someone to come for an estimate. I never got a time, they said they would just call. They called and said they would be out in 30 min. 1hr 30min later, no one came. So, I called them and said that we had put off lunch so we could be here at they're convenience, and we were now going to lunch. When we finished, I called back to tell we were home(approx 1hr). They said they would call when they could come. So far, no one has called or come.
