Nerds On Site

I had a friend recommend Nerds On Site. At first I was skeptical but my computer needed work and I didn't know how to disconnect it and bring it to the Geek Squad. So I gave them a call. I was impressed that when I called I talked to a live person and not an automated answering service. I explained my problem and was told a Nerd would call back and quote you a price. I received a call within 30 minutes. I talked to the man and had to kind of re-explain my problem to him. He explained the charges were flat rate and quoted me a kind of high price. Well being that he was a referral from a trusted source I accepted his terms and set an appointment. On the day of the call he did show up on time. His appearance was clean and presentable. He even offered to remove his shoes when he came into my home. As he was doing his repairs, he explained to me what he was doing and why. After a couple hours he finished. His price he quoted was reasonable for the work he performed. He explained my antivirus software was expired and needed to replace it for and additional cost, which was OK. I already knew I needed a new one installed. They only take credit cards. He entered in the credit card number to their system in front of me so there was no indications of suspicious activity. He then emailed a paid receipt to my email address along with a survey to grade him of his services. - I would recommend/refer this company to anyone who is in search of some on site computer services. He did a great job. My computer is running smoothly once again.

I called Nerds on Site to remove a virus that I had acciedentally donwloaded. They quoted me some possible rates and proceded to fixing my computer. It was the longest process I've ever seen and in the end the told me they had to erase my computer and bring it back to the day I bought it, which took even longer and cost even more than I was told. Now I've lost everything. If I had known what they were going to do I would have just lived with the minor problems the virus was causing.

Working with my Nerd was a dream!! His knowledge & expertise were only overshadowed by his patience with us technologically challenged. I would work with him again any day & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
