Murphy and David's Corp.

Been eating your wonderful cornbeef for many many happy years.The bad letters I read on here ,well they don't in my opinion know how to make it.I cook mine for 6 to 8 hours and use not only your packet of seasoning,but I also add a bit of my own from McCormic.(I get it at Publics) I boil my water first,then add the cornbeef and seasoning and drool till its ready.Some people just have to follow my directions and it will be GREAT! And a bit of fat makes it even a softer cornbeef.

Not sure why someone gave them a bad review, but if they contacted Murphy and David's Corp. they would have resolved the problem. No company is perfect, but they were perfect in solving my issue when I contacted them directly and sent me a coupon to compensate me for my issue.

My wife and I are both 68 and have been using your product for many years. On St. Patrick's day this year we purchased a $14.78 Corned Beef. It was the worst I have ever eaten and she agrees. Full of FAT, tough to chew, and very little taste. Thank heavens we did not have company over, (which we usually do), we would have been embarased totally. Your inspectors must be sleeping on the job. We once thought you were the best, well i guess not.



Sorry we could not give you a third of a star, because you would have deserved it.



Would like to hear somekind of a responce to a negitive rating.
