Go with another contractor. I was in the process of opening up a bigger cupcake store and hired this company to do all the work. Due to an unforseen health problem, I had to cancel the work and concentrate on my health. Once I informed the company that my husband and I were cancelling the contract they no retreated to only communicating with us via email. Whenever I would call them to dicuss the contracted work they would respond with an email. We eventually paid over 23K for them to redo the floors, some of the wall and minor alterations. They informed us it would only take a few days to return the space back to normal. It has been over two weeks and we now have to pay another months rent for a space we are not using. Very unprofessional.
