Mr Ed's Repair Service

I just had my washer fixed by Ed's repair service. He was great, very professional. He fixed the washer fast. He even tried to give me so tips over the phone to try first before he came. I would definitely recommend him and I will us the company again.

I had someone from Ed's Repair come to look at my washer. It took him quite awhile but he said he diagnosed the problem. He needed to get a part and would be back to finish the job. I have now left 4 messages over a 2 day period and haven't gotten any response. It seems I am out of luck and have to find another repair service - hopefully much more reliable than Ed's turned out to be. I run an animal rescue and this person saw how important a functioning washer is to me. This unprofessional behavior has really caused a hardship since I am usually doing laundry on a daily basis to keep my foster pets in clean bedding. There are plenty of other repair places - do yourself a favor and call one of those.
