The water is good but the delivery is terrible. My office uses them and sometimes we go over a month without water. I will call them every other day and get told "Yes, your water will come tomorrow" and it still won't show up. Extremely frustrating, especially when there's a business relying on it. Instead we end up spending hundreds on waterbottles to get us through the hot summer. We are looking for someone else to deliver our water. I would give them less then one star.

I signed up for their services and was charged for months they never delivered. when I called they were very rude. I explained I was refusing to pay for months that I didn't receive and they said that they were going to refund me and deliver water the next day. Nothing came. I canceled my service and they were very rude when I canceled.

Their customer service is unbelievably bad !!! I signed up through Costco, 2 weeks have gone by and nothing has been delivered. Have heard a lot of "It will be delivered tomorrow...tomorrow tomorrow and then lots of apathetic sorry for the inconvenience.

Seriously...inconvenient is the least of it. I've taken time off from work each of these days. I'm writing a letter to Costco to let them know this company is not reflective of their high standards. The worst ever

This is probably the worst company I have ever worked with in Utah. I signed up for a service contract through Costco. It was supposed to be $18 per month for 3 5 gallon bottles. I also opted to rent the cooler for $8 per month which after one year of rental I could purchase it for $100. I cancelled the service, but not before opting to purchase the cooler for $100. They said they were not doing that deal anymore. I said I don't care I am grandfathered in as I have a contract. That was a huge fight but I finally got the cooler. It lasted 2 wks so I called in the warranty. They delivered one but it was a bottom loader and I asked the driver are you sure this is a replacement. He assured me it was. Next month I get a bill for $8 rental for a cooler I owned. they kept charging my CC for months for the full service even after I cancelled service and I ended up having to put a block on my card. They still owe me money.

Worst water delivery company!! We only started about a month ago and they delivered 3 bottles for us. One bottled was leaking and made a mess on our floors so we had to take it out side and leave it there for pick up. They have never come back to our house to pick up any of the empty bottles with new bottles. I called over a week ago and was suppose to get a call back from the delivery manager and never received a call back. The were suppose to deliver 3 new bottles on the next day and never showed up!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Since November despite our calls. We still are paying for their machine but there is no water for it. My office assistant says they are very poor with customer service...when you can even reach a person to talk to.

Terrible service! Avoid this company & call Culligan. We can never get a hold of anyone. Our driver told us to call his number when we have problems...he never answers & his voicemail is full. They were supposed to replace our equipment & didn't show up, twice.. Then when our driver came in he brought a broken cooler, again told us he would bring a new one Monday, it its Friday & we have not seen him. I had to give them 1 star to submit my review, they don't deserve even 1.

WORST SERVICE!!!! We haven't received water in 3 months. We kept calling and they would tells a new excuse everytime. This last time they told us it would be another 2 weeks and they can't guarantee that they would bring it. Then when we canceled they said they could be here in week to pick up the cooler. It's BS!

We found Culligan and will be using them.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. Avoid the headache of dealing with this company. Ordered water November 13 and was told delivery would be November 20. Didn't happen. Called and was on hold for close to an hour. Water would be delivered December 4. Didn't happen. Called again and was assured December 7. Took the day off work and called at 3:00 pm as I still haven't seen delivery. Oh, water delivery has been rescheduled for the 11th. Really? Without a courtesy phone call after being on hold for close to two hours on Saturday? Complete and utter BS. Do NOT use this company. Worst experience ever.

Water delivery service through Costco member services. Water and delivery was great. Cancelling service and having equipment picked up a NIGHTMARE!! Cancelled service end of December to be picked up prior to mid-January move out of state and still in JULY no luck. Now sent to collections on an account that was paid in full and being told equipment has to be taken from Boise, ID to Twin Falls, ID. Will NEVER recommend anyone to use Mount Olympus aka DS Services via Costco.
