Mort's Auto Body

I have taken my car to Mort's several times over the past twenty years and had been happy with them. But the last time I took my vehicle their I was unpleasantly surprised with the service. The paint was low quality and faded with in months (in certain spots) I was billed for a new wind shield , but did not receive one (due to the fact the small crack was still on it). My fog light that was not working continued not to work. But one good thing is that they will take it back and adjust any issues that you find and will fairly work with you. But three out of the four times I have used Mort's, I have had to take my car back. But all n all, Mort's is loosing it's small town mentality and loosing the personal touch with their customers. A-typical for most small town companies now days.
