        We go to client's homes or local park to train them in fitness - cardio, strength and flexibility. We bring all the equipment with us and very little space is required. The workouts are custom-made to fit your fitness goals and many modes of exercise are used to keep it fresh and fun. We are ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainers.
