Millionaires Only Limo

They took my money 2 months before my wedding. On my wedding day they called to say they would be late. Then they told me they didn't want to do it because of the traffic. This was 30 minutes before my wedding that they cancelled. They were really rude and cursing at my dad on the phone. They were completely unapologetic and took so long to refund me that I had to call my bank. I tried to report them to the better business bureau but due to their duplicate names and not registered address I was unable to. They suggested that they need to be reported to the fbi

False representation! This company does not have a Stretch Hummer or any other newer models "SUV's" older model vehicles and in poor condition. Why lie to your customers? Great sales pitch to get you hooked! Not professional at all! I have never experienced this type of behavior from a business! Very Rude!!! Before you book, take a quick minute to research this company, go to reviews for Millionaires Only New Orleans La. Ask your self your time or your money? If you are booking for a very important client, then this company is not for you. The company's Logo is "No Screw Ups" which is true they do not screw up, they only screw you!!!!

I rented a stretch Hummer 9-28-7 from this company. I have rented from just about every company in New Orleans, and this is the only company that actually replaced the glasses with brand new ones everytime I returned to the vehicle. I do not know where this guy stored all of those glasses at but I am impressed. This is the only company that I will rent from again.

We rented a Limo/bus for a very important client event from our hotel to the Arena for Arenabowl below are some problems we had



Door would not close ��� was told ���motor burned out due to rain��� they used a bungee cord to try to keep closed ��� I had to help secure when we first got on the bus. The bungee cord used was well frayed.

When the Limo was in motion the door would open as much as 8 to 10 inches. This was a HUGE SAFETY issue and many comments were made by our key clients. It started to rain and several Clients got very wet ��� no where to hide and door could not close ��� nor adjustments be made while in motion for fear of literally fallingout of the limo



Radio could only receive one station and speakers appeared to be blown as there was much distortion ���



AC was ineffective and did not cool interior ��� many complained of the heat ��� this may have been exacerbated by the door not closing



When we reentered the limo/bus after the game the motor was not on and very hot and uncomfortable



Several Glasses were clearly left over from a prior use ��� stained and gross



Trash cans had no liners ��� guests were un sure if ok to use so no where to put trash cluttered bus



One trash bin had top ripped off, so was an open hole.



No orientation was provided on use of equipment ��� Radio, AC and or how to contact driver while in motion.



Contract had refernces to urination, vomiting an feces - I haven't seen before on a contract - of course with the cleanliness issues we were concerned about when was the last time the limo was detailed to be sure any feces was throughly removed.



We called to talk to the owner about our concerns, He was beyond rude. He offered no solution and when we advised we would be disputing the bill with AMEX he literally cursed us (cant repeat it here); called my DOS a stupid "B" and hung up!



Anyone planning to use this service shold seriouly re-consider . While cleanliness is important - the Safety issues were too much ...
