Michigan Door & Installation

I would never use this company. I called this Monday and they said they would be out on Wednesday to fix my garage door springs between 9:00 -12:00. They never showed up and now they don't answer the phone. It's 4:30 and still haven't heard from them. They just lost a paying customer.

I called for an estimate to replace a garage service door and though the estimator came out on time as promised, he was prepared to give me an estimate for a overhead garage door and not the service door. He looked at the service door and stated he couldn't install a door only but he said he would call me the next day with the cost to install a full-framed door. I never heard from him again. Poor customer service and no follow up. Would not call them again for any future need.
