        I had this company install a new Trane Heat Pump on 01/04/2012 and for 8 years this company has given me a hard time to get anything that is under warranty replaced or repaired. I also bought a 10 year extended warranty. They refuse to continue to honor maintenance on my unit. I had to put a BBB complaint in, but still with no success in getting my unit repaired or replaced under my extended warranty service. I would not recommend this company to install or repair any Heat Pump unit because they don’t honor your warranty or guarantee.
