        Bad service, very intimidating, didn't help at all , I when somewhere else and triple my refund , he thinks he is better than anyone or humble at all

As tax professionals we are responsible to our clients as well as to the IRS to conduct ourselves always in a professional manner dignified of our profession. You can rest assured that in our office we always do that and that can be affirmed by the many satisfied customers that have allowed us to serve them. We take very seriously the opportunity to help each client get the maximum refund they are legally entitled to. We accomplish this by doing our due diligence as per IRS guidelines during the interview process which also helps prevent fraud. The client always have to option of using our services or get help someplace else but we will never compromise our integrity and core values.
