        My car stalled and died and I had to leave it on the side of the road. Someone recommended Longhorn and I called and spoke to John and told him my situation. Within 30 minutes, John showed up and was very understanding, friendly and helpful and calmly took care of the situation and eased my anxiety. All of this in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. I will only use Longhorn again and John made a very stressful situation for me into a pleasant experience. He was very professional, assuring, knew what he was doing and couldn't have been nicer. Longhorn and John provided "top notch" customer service, very reasonable rates and showed up in a very timely manner. I will recommend Longhorn to everyone I know. Thank you John!
