Lindsey's Nails

My sister and I went there earlier, and it was the worst customer service I've ever received at a nail salon! They took over an hour to service us and once we sat down, they made my sister move for someone who apparantly had an appointment which was extremely RUDE since she was already sat down!! We had one lady work on both of us at the same time, so it took her two hours to have us both done. She rushed on my sisters nails so they ended up being all uneven! The lady offered a matte top coat, and ended up charging us each 5 dollars extra. Other places would not charge you for that, or we would have appreciated if they could have notified us ahead of time. And thats not even the worst part they charged my sister another 10 dollars extra for getting them longer. So in total she ended up paying 15 dollars more than last time for the same exact nails. I ended paying 35 dollars and my sister ended up paying 45 dollars, where in other places with better service we would have been paying around 30. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE, IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!

I've gone here 4 times now, the first time I got a manicure & pedicure. My manicure looked fine, my pedicure was bubbly and my whole nail wasn't covered in polish. Which is a small thing so I let it go. My manicure after that was....okay, not worth the money I spent, had a pedicure after that I was happy with. But this last time just showed they do not care about customer satisfaction, my black finger nail polish was see through, and chipping on the first day (it's gel polish, anywhere else I've gone hasnt had this happen, I've given this place several chances. I'm not going back, & I would not suggest this place. The women that work there are very nice though!!

Very happy customer! Have gone there for 5 years and they do an excellent job. I recommend calling ahead on weekends to avoid wait times.

I really enjoy having my nails done at Lindsey Nails. The staff is very friendly and very well qualified. I have been going there for 1 year and have never had a bad experience. As for bringing your children, I personally go to a salon to relax. I really don't appreciate parents who bring their children and leave them basically to do as they please. The prices are right.

I went to get a full set and a pedicure. They charged me 10 dollars extra for a salt scrub normally all pedicures come with a exfoliating scrub. The pedicure lasted less than 25 minutes. It took them a hour and a half to do the full set they were awful...uneven, most of them weren't even smooth, there was spots of thick acrylic and spots with none. I would not recommend anyone to go this place and if you decide to don't bring your kids they have zero venilation in that place I was there for two hours and walked out with the worst headache.
