I was charged with a crime that didn't happened do to witness testimony. I bonded out of Clark county jail the next morning and retained Michael Leavy as my lawyer. He took the case right away and explain what we was going to do and how we was going to approach the situation from day one. He assured me that he would make sure that the charges would be dropped and we would get diversion so it could be dropped off my record. He always kept in contact with me and informed me a week in advance when my next court date was coming up. He did everything he told me he was going to do from the first day I sit down with him. The day I sit down with him and explained my case and what actually happened he seemed very interested and listened to me. After I got done talking he pulled his law books out and started doing research that minute. I would definitely let him control any case I need or would recommend Mr. Levy to anybody that wants a lawyer that on your side.

This attorney does not listen well, doesn't give the client the opportunity to give all the information needed so that he can have a clear understanding of what may be going on in the case to better serve you, and will over talk you the whole conversation. If you are to represent a total stranger in court why wouldn't you want to know as much as possible and make sure your client understands as much as possible? All cases AREN'T the same. But this is a job for him and for us the client this is only our lives!!!!! He doesn't get that people are paying for this service your not offering any favors so this makes it okay for him to hang up on you if he pleases. Any court case is difficult no matter how small however it becomes much more difficult when the person who is suppose to be representing you turns on you! He doesn't promptly return calls and is certainly unprofessional.
