Kool Smiles General Dentistry for Kids

I was greeted and seen by the RDA Edith V. thru the whole process in a professional way and treated me very nice. The process from the initial appointment set up to the process of being seen by the doctor was a very smooth and efficient process. I recommend this Kool Smiles Office. They are always in a cheerful mood and you can tell that the patient is a priority at all times. Keep up The Good work Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service from all of the staff, they're excellent with the kids. Dr. Davis and Sara helped my daughter through her first filling.

Both of my daughters experience were terrible. While getting dental work done, the person performing the work was txting and on fb the whole time she said. Hurting her mouth by drilling to deep cause the lady was fussing with her boyfriend. Thats very unprofessional!!! Its already hard to fine a good trust worthy dentist. Never going to kool smiles again.

My experience with Kool Smiles in Tupelo, Ms was horrible. There was rode work at crosstown and it made me 8 minutes late. My son was supposed to have some dental work and when I arrived and told them we were 8 mins late, the lady said that they would not see him and we would have to reschedule. Needless to say I walked out and will never bring my kids to Kool Smiles again. The lady was rude and that is not the first time that the employees at this location has been rude.

I had a bad experience with Jack Bonura, DDS on Canby Rd. here in Redding. He does terrible work and overbills for work he does not due. He also tried to put my 14 year old grandson on pain medication (Vicodin) for a filling. The Attorney General's office has a lot of charges against Jack Bonura. We go to court in Sacramento October 10 thru the 13th.

Kool smiles have really stepped up their game recently. There fast efficient and super friendly. They accommodate to my childs needs and even saw my husband for extraction.

I had to get some fillings done and I was nerves cause of the needle. Erica and Dr. Ding was very helpful, they talked me through every thing, and I never was in pain.

Best service ever, such fabulous and fantastic job that Ghada help my kids Samir,Yousif and Alhassan, my kids are happy with Ghada and they want to go back and see her, I am totally excited and proud of Ghada,I appreciate her device and God bless her.

They were very informative and very caring and compassionate.

The waiting room is really fun for the kids. When I started going there wait times were outrageous but they have gotten much better. They are very friendly and go out of there way to make my son feel comfortable.

Had a visit today and the dental assistant Akemi was super friendly. They automatically schedule your next appoint six months out which can be good but also annoying. And if you miss the appointment they will call you constantly to reschedule. But overall a great place.

My daughter's dentist visit was SO great !! Dr Le and Ms Akemi was so sweet and professional . They explained about treatment really well and made us really comfortable . Great experience !!
