        I was referred to Kimberly's towing by my roadside service provider. At 3:13 pm I received a estimated time arrival for 4:43pm. I call Kimberly's at 4:56 to check the ETA an was told (not in a professional manner) that it would be an additional 40-45 minutes wait. I called Kimberly's back at 6:00 and was told 15 minutes. At 6:30 I called my roadside service provider and explained the issue, they called Kimberly's and was told that they were only 14 minutes off schedule (huge lie) and a tow truck would arrive in the next 5-10 minutes. That turned into a half hour. After waiting an additional 2 hours the tow truck finally arrived.

        Kimberly's Towing & Collision Inc. is the best queens towing company !!!!!

        The other day some car was blocking my driveway, so I called Kimberly’s Towing & Collision, their website advertised Fast Blocked Driveway Removal. The dispatcher was very informative and explained the procedure for blocked driveways. I did as the towing company said and as soon as the vehicle was ticketed by the police. 5 minutes later Kimberly’s Towing came and towed the car away. I was so happy because I had a wedding to go to out in the island and no other way to get there because the towing company was on point I was able to not only get to the wedding but I wasn’t even late. Thank you Kimberly!!!!
