Ken's Asphalt

In the beginning, the chance to make a sale brought Ken's Asphalt to my house the very same day as I called. After having our driveway sealed, it started failing within a few months. The sealant peeled off in huge chunks. I'm talking about pieces of the sealant coming off in many 6-inch square pieces. A leaf blower would cause huge sections to peel right off. After several calls, I finally got Ken to come out to look at it. He said they would fix it, and indicated that he wanted it to be subjected to several days of heat first. He asked me to call back after it got hot. I did so, and left messages on more than one occasion. It has been over 10 months now, and they have still not called me back. The entire summer that Ken wanted, has come and gone, and the ensuing winter has come and gone, and still nobody has called me back. It has been 10 months now, and I just cannot get this terrible company to call me back. Ken's Asphalt has absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They are absolutely horrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
