Kelsey Seybold Clinic

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Khare at the main campus. I went yesterday and called the Kelsey answer center for information on the location (I was driving), they turned me around and sent me in the wrong direction but then I called back and another lady got me back on track to getting there. I then had that lady transfer me to the location to tell them I would be there soon but no one answered after many rings. All in all, I was 3 minutes past the '15 minute' mark (apt was at 3:30, arrived at 3:48). I had spoken to the nurse that morning in regards to her wanting me to come in earlier but I couldn’t so I kept my appointment at the same time and she said that was fine and to try and get there at 3:15. I was the doctor's last patient for the day to consult with and she refused to see me. I took off work and drove all the way from League City to be there and it was very upsetting considering I was her last one. I now see that all offices associated with Kelsey-Seybold do not live up to the Kelsey standard and values they display. I do see that this doctor has negative reviews and I understand why. To that end, I will never consider Kelsey-Seybold for Neurology care again.

Be careful going here unless you don't mind being overcharged. I was hit with several administrative fees that were never discussed with me before the fact. And when I called to ask they said that it was their policy to charge like this. Spoke to Dinah T. and she said if I didn't pay I would be sent to collections. She was quite rude and was not concerned at all with how she treated patients. My family and I will not be returning to this place.

Dr Kundi was very rude to me today and he provided no help.
