        We manage a high volume of Bank Owned and Short Sale properties in the Greater Sacramento Area. As a former member of a nationwide top producing REO team, I was a part of over 1200 bank owned transactions in less than three years and have gained a tremendous knowledge of the real estate business. I have great market and area knowledge, which has allowed me to give pricing and marketing strategies for close to 50 lenders and asset management companies. This is also reflected in my personal selling of real estate, as I understand value and can relay to my clients what a home is worth and what it should go for in today's market.
