General Info
I like the fact that you can eat the right kind of food to help burn off the fat quicker a long with being active then once you get your weight down to your desire weight you can just stay active and eat what ever you want lightly and you must realize that walking is the best way to help lose fast if you have a long way to go I have done that and seen a big different and I was not going to the gym so now I am ready to join a gym and build my self up
