Kansas City Tech

I had this company fix my laptop and I would call them again in a second. Their prices are fair but I think what will bring me back is the customer service I received from them. They were awesome. Call them first, you won't be disappointed. I promise.

Kansas City Tech is great. They quoted me a price to remove a virus and delivered on the promise. The technician ended up backing up my files reloading Windows because the virus has done so much damage. I really don't know how these guys do it. Very professional, explained everything in plain English and give us an extremely good price for the amount of work that was involved. It's been a month and my PC is still humming along. Great job, will use again in the future.

We have a very complex network setup in my office, we called these guys to come clean it up and upgrade some PC equipment. They were awesome, all the projects were done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They had answers and solutions to all my problems. We will not call anyone else in Kansas City to do our work, and we highly recommended that you don't either.

Showed up at our office, solved a few issues, and even a few we didn't even know we had. Very professional service - I recommend them.

As I mentioned in my other review, we've been searching a long time for a great IT company. We've found that with Kansas City Tech. They're very reliable and have saved us a ton of money!

Last week we had 2 PC's that were having off and on again issues. I had no idea what was wrong with either of them. I found Kansas City Tech here on Yellow Pages and decided to give them a shot. They arrived within hours and had both computers up and running in no-time. We've used other IT guys in the past and never had any luck with them. I think we have a keeper here with KC Tech. We will defiantly use them again and again!
