Jurassic Lawn Care

AVOID! Terrible lawn service and complaints are met with rude customer service blaming the customer. Sadly, we prepaid a year. Told them numerous times during the year that we were unhappy with their service and we would not be renewing. Received another bill for service AFTER the prepaid year ended. Called to have them remove it and was told by the office manager that we did not and could not cancel our service prior to the year end, per their policy, we couldn't cancel during the service but would have had to call back "after" the end of the service year to cancel..? Huh? Had to pay them additional $$ or they would report what I did not owe them to the credit bureau and for complaining, the office manager said she is putting ME on the undesired customer list. Oh my, this lady does not know how to run a business especially a service business! She wouldn't give owner contact information or give him a message to contact us. Now have read numerous other's similar complaints about billing, rudeness, poor lawn service, etc. So beware of Jurassic Lawn Care.
