JPEG Inc Electrical Contracting

I hired these guys to fix a short-circuit on my manufactured home. When I asked if they were experience in this kind of home, they told me "electrical circuits are all the same". They charged me US$ 128 for 1:15 min of work and I needed to watch the technical guy talking on the phone with another customer on my dime while he was working on my problem. They solved the problem and leave. Before the assigned technician go, I requested an estimate to rewire my entire home.

One week passed by and I did not received the promised quote ("24 hours tops", the technician said). Worse than that, part of my home - the very circuit they "fixed" - stop working. After chasing these guys for 2 days, they told me that NO WARRANTY was involved on the first service. I should pay another $128 to get my "problem troubleshoot once more". The cherry on the sundae: they refused to give me an estimate to do the re-wiring job. And the owner was extremely rude and saying all this to me. The reason? They were not experts in manufactured homes... Deplorable people: the small business that is the worst America can offer.
