I just wanted you to know that the roof and awning and siding are beautiful. All my neighbors agree. I had a mushroom house and now it looks more like a Colonial. John was very diligent in making sure things went smoothly. He really went above and beyond to make sure things went well. Also, the workers were always kind and cordial, and they really seemed to have a lot of experience. ??Yesterday it rained so hard and I didn't care. There were no leaks, and I think between the kitchen and the roof I have a new house. Thank you for all your help, you should be proud of your staff. I would recommend your company to anyone. I think my neighbors would also.

I am a sub contractor. I unfortunetley worked for this company. This company is completely unprofessional. Working with them was the biggest mistake in my business. Not only do they low ball me , but they are always late on payments. They still owe me from a job I have already completed . The office help are the worse they always have excuses & when I do speak to "the person in charge" it's an absolute nightmare, they have the rudest most unprofessional people working for this company. I will never work for them again. I'm a hardworking, thorough & dependable contractor, & I wish to not tarnish my good company's name working for these incompetent people, you people are a joke!

I am not given to writing this sort of letter, however - in the case of my experience with your company - I thought I'd make an exception: dedicated excellence and professionalism compels acknowledgment, as well as an expression of appreciation from those who benefit from it.


 Last July, Percario Contractors replaced all the windows in our home. There were twenty windows, and the job was done in two days.


 I cannot remember ever receiving better service from any home-improvement contracting company - or any company for that matter. For sheer attention to detail and conscientious, high-quality workmanship, I doubt that anyone could find a more focused group of people than the crew that your company provided to install our new windows. Not only did they take great pains to make each installation fit perfectly, but they constantly checked and rechecked each other's work throughout both days - a practice that I can only assume was part of your quality-control training. And, when the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up the leftover materials, packaging, and old windows and hauled it all away. I didn't have to do a thing - not even sweep up!


 I was also impressed by the thoroughgoing inspection your quality overseer gave the finished job. He personally examined each window and, in one instance where he felt that an adjustment was necessary (one that I certainly could not detect!) he didn't hesitate to have the crew come back and get it right. 


The new windows work superbly and have enhanced both the beauty and value of our home, and we're very pleased with them. And now that winter is here they have proven to be thoroughly efficient at eliminating drafts and greatly reducing our monthly heating bill.

Joe percario himself came to my house, was a nice guy. They did the siding and roof on my house for a decent price. Was happy overall
