GOT A QUOTE FOR A ROOF THAT WAS ,AND IS STILL, LEAKING. JEFF KNEW I HAD AN ACTIVE LEAK AND WAS IN A HURRY TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE IN MY HOUSE, WE SIGNED A CONTRACT AND HE SAID HE WOULD START IN A FEW DAYS. ONE WEEK LATER I HAD NOT HEARD FROM HIM SO I CALLED AND WAS INFORMED THAT HE COULD NOT DO THE WORK WITHOUT ALMOST DOUBLING THE PRICE. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW. IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK ON YOUR WORD FINE BUT AT LEAST LET ME KNOW SO I WONT HAVE MORE DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF MY HOUSE. NO WAY I WOULD LET HIM IN MY HOUSE AGAIN.

I have hired JLM Remodeling on several occasions to perform various projects. I initially found them on Angie's list where they are highly rated. Thus far, JLM has performed siding repairs including resetting an entire section of siding on my house that was prone to Hurricane damage; installed a metal scissor style attic ladder in my spare bedroom (and sealed up the old attic entrance); installed Gable vents in my attic so I can get cross ventilation; and framed, floated and taped the inside of an unfinished closet. Recently he performed siding repair to correct an improperly installed awning and J-channel to fix water intrusion that was damaging my door frame. JLM's pricing is fair. They are dependable. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and they have integrity. I intend to use JLM Remodeling in the future and I highly recommend them.

JLM WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL FOR THE ESTIMATE AND HAD PRICE READY SAME DAY. WHEN WE AGREED ON PRICE THEY STARTRED AFEW DAYS LATER. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO NOT ONLY DOING A FINE JOB ON MY ROOF AND SIDING BUT ALSO KEEPING JOB CLEAN SO WE HAD NO NAILS OR SCREWS IN DRIVEWAY OR IN GRASS. IWOULD RECOMEND JLM 100%. CC
