This is the 2ND time in several weeks this company has been called by my St Farm ins roadside assistance to respond to my calls for flat tires ( I'm having a run of bad luck!?). BOTH times I have had to try and track down the drivers AFTER their ETA had expired...and BOTH timed have been left on the side of busy highways for over an hour with no time update or driver apology even. I just got home after sitting for 2 EFFING HOURS this time...made 5 calks to co. cust service reps while waiting and never received a call from driver! When he finally arrived he never even spoke a word to me...probably for the best as I would've EXPLODED at that point. I may have let the 1st incident go as a fluke...but fool me twice... HORRIBLE SERVICE... Will never allow St Farm to send them out again or I will drop them like a rock too!

Probably the least reliable company I've ever dealt with. I got a flat tire one night and was unable to remove the spare to change it myself. I called roadside through my car insurance and they arranged for Jack Rabbit to come out to assist. I was quoted 60-90 minutes which I thought was a bit much since I was in a major city, but I complied. After almost 2 hours and no call, I called my insurance company who informed me that the jack rabbit driver claimed he was unable to find me and that I wasn't answering my phone fo . clarification of my location.I knew this was a lie because the entire time I was waiting for the driver, I was texting someone. They then transfered me back to jack rabbit, who then kept hanging up on us both until someone finally advised is another hour later that there where no other drivers available. Eventually I was able to call for a tow using a referral from the local police. I've since removed the roadside assistance from my policy because they contract with this terrible business.

Received a flat tire while passing through Louisville on a trip home to visit my family due to the loss of a loved one. I called my insurance company and asked for assistance in locating some help and they called the closest place, which happened to be Jack Rabbit. While waiting for help to arrive, I removed all of the luggage from trunk and had the spare and everything ready to go for when he showed up. The company called back and went ahead and charged my card for $50, which I was fine with since help was on the way. He showed up a few minutes after, I signed some paperwork, and then he started to look at my tire. I told him that I just needed the spare tire to be put on so I could get to a hotel near a Hyundai dealership where I could get the tire repaired and have the LPMS sensor reset. He looked at me as if I was dumb, and asked if I had the wheel lock. I was unable to find it and his response, "well why did you call us?" I assumed the wheel lock was located with the jack kit but apparently it wasn't. He told me he couldn't help so I asked about a refund. The gentleman said he would talk to his boss and see. I called the company multiple times and asked for a refund, but the phone would constantly ring and no one would answer or return my voicemails. I even called the direct number of lady who called me and asked for my credit card information and the call was rejected. I even stated in the messages I left that even I would be more than pleased if I could have half of the money refunded since the gentleman did show up to try to help, despite him being rude. No luck. The next morning, I noticed that my credit card was charged and since the company was unwilling to work with me, I called my credit card company to have the charge disputed and credited back to my account thankfully. So as I write this review from my hotel in Louisville, waiting on my car to get repaired in the morning so I can finally make it home to my family, the $50 is being credited to my account and a letter to Jack Rabbit is being prepared stating why they will not be receiving payment from my credit card company. I'm sure they'll definitely be wanting to return my phone calls once they open that letter.

Thank You!!!! After filling my girlfriends tire with air so this idiot could try to remove it by kicking it. He told her there was nothing he could do and let the air out so she couldn't even make it down the street to get it fix. These people are Moron and he's lucky I wasn't there!!!!
