J & M Carpet Cleaning

I bought a Groupon for a 2 hour cleaning service with 2 people. Everything seemed fine when I let the 2 people cleaning crew into my apt. When I came back an hour and 45 minutes later, they were no where to be found and the apt looked much like it did when I left. As far as I could tell they wiped the counters, the ceiling fan, and dusted the mini blinds but broke 4 in the process. The floors were not cleaned at all nor were most of the other obvious targets like the bathtub. When I called the same number I called to set up the appt I was met with a big attitude on the other end. He said I didn t tell him it was a move out cleaning job and he should have charged more. I said I had and that it didn t seem to be a problem when they arrived. I said I didn t even get the $49 worth and the apt looked the same. He yelled through the whole call and refused to give me my money back. He offered to come back and clean it again but I do not want someone who yelled at me to come back around. He said I would have to get my money back from Groupon.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
