Spoke to Doug and he is the manager. Very rude. Bad customer service and he plays games. HOWEVER they did fix the problem. The lead technicians name is Eddie and he maintained a good relationship with me throughout the process. I recommend this technician. If I didn't have to deal with this Doug character I would feel much better. I recognize there may be unseen problems with service, however this Doug guy acted like I was trying to steal something and was totally rude to my sweet wife and got her angry. Thank Eddie and his helper for the 3 star.

Integrity Glass came out on a saturday to fix our windshield. We actually called two other businesses first and they told us they wouldnt be able to come out until Monday. They were very accomodating and Im very happy.

I called Integrity auto glass in the spur of the moment, spoke with Cara in the office, explained the situation, told her I needed a windshield today. Integrity was able to come out within hours to put a new windshield in while I was at work. Cara was very proffestional as well as the installer. I have sense refered to friends and family knowing we will get 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

I have had Integrity replace five windshields for me so far and every time they have done a Great job. I have refered them to my family and friends and I havent gotten any complaints! I got pulled over once because I had a crack in my windshield that was too big, the cop gave me a warning to get it fixed within seven days. I called Integrity Auto Glass and they came out to me the next day! Ill definatly continue to use them.
