Awful. Signed up for maintenance service agreement twice a year. They were not flexible regarding scheduling. They only completed the spring maintenance and not the fall check up. Manager Andrew Martinez stated that they could only check the heating system since that is what the contract stated. Although, now is spring the ac needs to be checked again. I requested at least half of my refund. However Mr Martinez stated that checking the ac system takes up to 70% cost of the agreement since it the check up is more involved. Sounds to me like they are splitting hairs and if I would of known who I was paying money up front, I would have passed. Don't waste your money.

As a contractor I would have to say the Ince is about the worst Distributor I have ever had to deal with. Being that it is the only Trane dealer in SA I have no choice, but if you are looking for an Air Conditioning or Heat Pump system there are other brands out there that work just as well and have the same warranty as Trane.

They want cash, be prepared when you come to buy. Also, I wish I had known this before I bought something, they do not take anything back. The GE Microwave we bought, broke after three days. They would not exchange it or take it back. I picked it up and set it up on a Friday, it quit working on Monday. I scheduled the earliest appointment to have it fixed, over a week away. 7 days later, the service people rescheduled the appointment for two days later. So, we paid for the microwave on a Monday, picked it up on a Friday, and two weeks later we still do not have a working microwave. I would not reccomend either the manufacturer or Ince to anyone.
