I 44 Truck Center & Wrecker Service

I witnessed your crew on Hwy 21 in Washington County Wednesday evening blowing through a dangerous intersection on a red light. You nearly T-Boned my son. This crew was responding to an incident which happened four hours earlier. The incident was not of an "Emergency" situation that would warrant such careless driving on the responders part.

These people is great. What a professional job they do. Blew a turbo and the service department was great. When I called for a tow truck they was there in 30 minutes and I called them at midnight. They took me to the hotel soon as I arrived at their location. It was done at 11:00 am. They also picked me up from the hotel. What a great job I-44 Truck Center. This company has great equipment. This company is great. I had a truck that had to be towed. The police dept called this company and I thought O'BOY. I own 7 trucks and seen this happen before and never a good out come. After they towed me off. I told them to park me at the truck stop. When I found out how reasonable this company was I asked how much was it to fix my rear end. I was thrilled and told them to tow it to there shop and fix it. I asked if they would take me to the motel and they said NO. Not knowing they were joking they said they would have me fixed after lunch and I would not need a motel. I have never seen any shop give this kind of service and have the parts in stock. Within 5 hours They replaced my rearend of my truck. Also what a talented group of people. Talking and jocking with the mechanics most of them have been there for years. Cant say enough about this company and They have a big sign in there waiting room that says CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR BUSINESS. Russ @ All State Transportation

One of our new truck's clutch was broken and got replaced from these guys. Only after 1500 km of run, that again broke resulting big financial loss to us as authorised dealer at new service centre declined to cover as this I-44 Truck centre don't carry any waranty on parts or service done. If we get service from any authorised dealer, at least they are responsible for that.. So beware of these types of crooks..and avoid to let urself in this type of situations as we are in.
