My wife and I attempted to let Rick and his gang of misfits do some work for us. After meeting with Rick to go over a few things we asked for some references and set up another appt. We never received the fax and well our appt. came and went without a call telling us why or an apology. I called the office that night and now answer. I called from my cell phone and nothing. I called the next day from work, and presto, someone is there. First signal! Explained the problem and the young lady said that she could call me back with those references and at that time we can set up another appt. 2nd signal, we are still waiting for that list! We didnt need a 3rd signal to know that these people are about as straight as a bommerang! So if you need to reach them call from a different number, pay phone or a friends phone. But what ever you do, dont give Rick and his gang, a chance make you sorry that you ever called them!
