Hub City Towing

I had a very poor experience with the driver from Hub City in Robertsdale, AL, today. My husband's employee had a breakdown in the car of ours that she drives. I called AAA to have the vehicle towed, and explained that I was not with the vehicle. I gave the AAA Rep. the names of the parties who were with the vehicle and their phone numbers. I was told that the driver would be there to tow the vehicle at 3:37 pm. He was over 1 hr. late, and I had to call AAA several times to get the driver to tow the vehicle after he arrived, because I could not be there to release the vehicle. It is a vehicle that is primarily used by an employee. AAA understood this and had the name of the person who would be waiting with the vehicle. The driver was over 1 hr. later in arriving than AAA stated. When the vehicle was finally in tow, the AAA Rep. stated that the driver would call me when he was within 10 mins. of the auto shop to which he was towing the vehicle, as the shop would then be closed. I went down and waited rather than waiting for the driver to call me, since I had already had so much trouble from him. He did not call me. But I did speak with him after he removed the vehicle from the tow truck. He was rude then, too.
