Overall

Bought a house in December 2015 that they put four piers in and refilled the mortar in the cracks between the bricks. Looked great but July 2016 I noticed a new crack along the wall around the corner. After closer inspection along the wall they had installed the piers I noticed the area where they refilled the mortar was separating. I called my realtor and she sent me a copy of the receipt and i called the House Doctors number. I got an answering service and told the lady my name and number. A gentleman named Ray called me back from a restricted number and told me he would set up a time to come by and look at the wall. Well thats almost a month ago so I am getting the feeling my "lifetime warranty" is worthless!!!!

Overall
superior service

House Doctors did an excellent job installing the piers on our house. They were recommended to us by our realtor that we bought the house from 3 years ago. She was a great agent so we were very comfortable with her recommendation and the fact that she uses them on the houses she sells was another selling point for us. She has always recommended excellent companies when we needed them and have yet to be disappointed. We were not disappointed at all!!! They were very courteous, professional, and respectful. They did an excellent job cleaning up the jobsite also. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of foundation repair.

House Doctors was referred to ...

House Doctors was referred to me by a co-worker. They had worked on her house a few months earlier. When they came out to our house they were very professional and answered all of my questions. The work that they did was more than satisfactory and I would recommend them to anyone in need of foundations work.

Warranty transfer

House Doctors has been a reputable company in my opinion. I have been a customer of House Doctors since 1998. This company is the only company that I will use on my personal property and my rental properties. I have used other foundation companies prior to 1998 and was completely dissatisfied. You want to talk about not coming back for warranty work. You have no idea what I went through with these other companies. I could go on and on. House Doctors was referred to me by my last realtor and I must say that the experience has been nothing but pleasant. After what I had went through prior to House Doctors I was very skeptical and had explained this to Ray with hesitation. I was astounded when they did their first job for me and since then they do all my homes that I own even my own. Ray has always been nothing but helpful and honest with me about the work that has been done or needs to be done to my houses. I have also sold a few of my rent houses that House Doctors has put piers on and my warranties transferred to the new owners without any problems. When I asked about the warranty, Ray explained that the warranty would transfer to the new owners from me when the house was sold and this would and should take place at closing. If the house went through repossession, sheriffs auction, or any other third party means of selling that this was one way that the warranty would void because these houses are bought AS IS. House Doctors warranty no longer exsists because f the house was bought AS IS.

this house doctor is not the one owned by ray. the house doctor associated with this phone number is very reliable company. over the years they have done work for my friends and myself. they have always honored their contracts and their warranties. you to make sure of the information before thorwing mud. the address on this is incorrect. papa 1433 i do not believe this is the company who did your work. in this life there is always a person who can not see the actual facts. people who wants something for nothing usually will say anything to make themself look good. slander is a very expensive way to go.

Transfer of Warrant

House Doctor of Okla. City will not stand behind their work. Ray , owner, refused to transfer a warranty of piers installed at 2301 BlueBonnett Drive probably because of shabby work. He raised the area where the piers were installed too high causing the dining room floor to slope. Not only that, but he lied saying he would , then never lived up to his word. This is a business no one should deal with.

I dont understand why the warranty was not transferrable.. its all in black and white on the contract. it states it right there. It is transferrable.. why not try to contact the owner again.. to See what kind of response you get.
