Hillsborough Pump & Well Drilling

Had a pump installed by this guy less than two years ago. He replaced a pump that lasted me over 10 years with a new one that didn't even last two years. I paid him $1,200. I called him to ask about the warranty he says it's only a one-year warranty. He treated me very unprofessional and cussed me out calling me stupid. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Please find someone else to take care of your pump issues.

What a great company! We called early on a Saturday and they were at our house within an hour and fixed the problem in no time. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone that is in need of well pump service.

100% satisfied with this companies very professional service. They answered their phone at 7:30 am and did a complete installation in very miserable, wet working conditions. Job looks and works great. Thanks Mike, for going the extra mile!

Nice guy but did not tell me the points were bad on the pump, installed wrong parts, pump worked worse after he left. Did not return calls after first visit. Would not recommend.

Mike(the owner), is a great guy. I called in the PM on Sunday, set up the appt. for Monday in the AM. He called to say he was on the way, arrived on time. Unfortunately, I was unable to use his services, but he helped me out with advice and I am pleased with his professionalism. Thanks, again!

Im a senior citizen on a budget and mike worked with me on the price and got me water. Dont know what i would have done without them.

I bought a house that needed help with the well. I called Hillsborough Pump and Well Drilling and they came out to give an estimate that was quick, fair, and professional. After shopping around, I found that, not only did they have the best prices around, they were helpful in teaching me about the well, the best price around, honest with their estimate, and had great quality workmanship. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a well to be worked on or drilled.

After our first totally great water guy retired, we've spent years going through water guys like, well, water. Everyone we tried turned out to be a con-artist, too expensive, or just did not prioritize our emergencies. Then, we came here and found Mike at Hillsborough Pump & Well. He was the BEST.



One day our water just suddenly went out. I called a local guy who lives literally 2 miles from us; he said he was finishing up for the day (at 3pm), so he couldn't make it until the NEXT DAY around 2pm. I said that we had NO water, couldn't he come sooner? He replied that he'd be here in less than 24 hours and he thought that was pretty good service. Well, I replied, not when you have a 3 year old who is potty training and your water is totally out!



So, I found Hillsborough Well online and cold called them. Mike came all the way to Citrus Park from Brandon almost immediatly, and our water was back on by 6pm! Mike was super friendly, polite, and efficient. He gave us an excellent price and even took a post-dated check because were were so short on cash. I couldn't believe how great he was. I hope that we never need to find another water guy again and that Mike is there for us for a long time!

I just would like to thank Mike Tucker for all his help when I had a problem with my well pump. He came to my house immediately and found the problem and fixed the problem right then and there. He was very respectful and polite and did a wonderful job with out trying to sell me things that I didn't need.



Again I can't thank Mike enough for helping us with our problem. I will NOT use anyone else when it comes to my well and pump problems. He was GREAT!!!! I didn't know that there was anymore honest people out there.
