I spoke with Daniel Lee High the owner of High Quality Concrete and Handyman LLC by phone to verify a recommendation of his long time and current employee Pete Sarceda Jr. Daniel Lee High claimed Pete would do a great job. Pete Sarceda Jr. certainly did not remotely do a good or honest job as Daniel Lee High claimed in his recommendation of his employee. Pete will lie, cheat, and steal from you like he did to me. He will claim to have a contractors licence. Pete is NOT a licensed contractor despite his claim.
