Hicks Tree Service

Unprofessional! I need to have a tree removed, and I've tried to contact them many times over the past 3 weeks and no one ever answers the phone. I started off by using their "contact us" form on their website, no reply via phone or email through that. A week later, I left Tommy Hicks a voicemail, no call back from that. Last week, I left one more voicemail even stating that I'd left a voicemail previously and I'd appreciate someone call me back, still no call back. This is horrible customer service, and no one should have to work that hard to GIVE them business. I'll be taking my money to a tree removal business who deserves it and can actually return a phone call.

Don't bother calling. They advertise same day response, 7 days a week. I called and left a message. Two days passed and didn't receive a call. I called again, another day passed, then finally received a return call. I set an appointment, left work early, and he never showed. No call to apologize that he couldn't make it. Nothing. Don't bother with them. If that is the way they treat prospective clients, just imagine how they will treat you after you agreed to hire them.
